I'm a compliance and quality manager at a PPE distribution company. The H10A is a large shell. It's great on an open floor, but it can be too much inside a welding helmet.
Prescription safety glasses add another layer. The temple arms press into the cushions of an earmuff and create tiny gaps. Some frames are worse than others. If you're ordering for a crew, get one sample and test it with the actual glasses and helmets your crew uses.
